Ncompass: Inspiring the next generation of leaders.

Ncompass is a non profit organization that serves orphans in Haiti with food, shelter and education. Their goal is to educate every child in Haiti so they can develop the next generation of leaders in that country. Everything they do is supported by volunteers and donations, so I was called to assist in increasing awareness of their organization and increasing donors and donation amounts. 


Appealing to purpose and identity.

We began a series of projects aimed at clearly identifying and targeting the people most likely to donate and get involved. The approach was to use social media, articles, email campaigns and videos to show the impact of their organization Within a few weeks we were able to see dramatic increases in their reach and engagement. Their email open rates went up from 20% to 44% with the implementation of a new funnel, immediately attracting a $2,000 donation. Their social media engagement increased from 90 - 100 likes per post to over 500. A video we produced proved to be crucial at fundraising events that earned tens of thousands in donations.
